This program is designed to service strays by giving them a better life after they have been spayed or neutered by our participating Vets. This helps control the animal population.
How does it work?
A person can open the doors of their home to take care of the Stray for a total of 10 days before and after surgery. The association covers all costs.
This program is designed for low-income dog Lovers who love their furry friend and want the best for them, but have difficulty saving enough funds to spay or neuter their loved ones.
How does it work?
You can apply for the program by contacting us and going through the vetting process. Once approved for the program, a representative will notify you when the appointment is made with our vets to Spay or Neuter.
Education Flyers are generated and distributed at local community events and schools. The Flyers consist of educational material for basic betterment treatment for all animals, current laws, advantages, and the importance of spaying and neutering—information about lowering the population of strays and how that will impact the health and safety of the community.
How does it work?
A person or a business can donate the funding needed to print the flyers. Partitas Rescue will use our resources to distribute the flyers to the community and the participating schools.
Fostering not only gives a Dog or Cat a loving home to stay in while recovering from a dire situation on the streets but also gives them a step up in life and prepares them for adoption! It’s also a great way to see if adoption is for you and how you can prepare yourself for a potential friend!
How does it work?
Patitas Rescue will sponsor a stray/rescue if a person is able to provide a temporary home and transport. Patitas Rescue will cover any additional cost and provide supplies until the dog is fully rehabilitated and ready for adoption.
Patitas Rescue is a team built on our fosters' trust and reliability. As a foster-based rescue, we can only continue to rescue strays with the help of volunteers who are willing to open their homes until the strays are fully rehabilitated and ready for adoption.
Patitas Rescue doesn't have a central facility. We have a small shelter where we only serve severely injured strays that need emergency attention. The majority of our strays ready for adoption are with their foster parents, and we introduced them on Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok when they are ready for adoption.
Adoption Requirements:
